INGREDIENTS:
8 ounces of bittersweet chocolate (at least 70% cocoa solids)
1 cup butter (2 sticks)
1 teaspoon. vanilla extract
1 teaspoon. Almond extract
1 cup of sugar
3 big eggs (beaten)
1 1/2 cups of almond flour (I buy from Trader Joe's)
1 cup chopped almonds (best roasted)
preparation steps :
Preheat the oven to 325ºF. You see the chocolate and the butter in a saucepan.
Remove the pan from the heat, stir in vanilla, almond extract and sugar and allow to cool slightly.
Beat the eggs with almond flour and chopped almonds in the pan. Prepare a 9-inch square baking pan with cooking spray or parchment paper.
Bake for 28-30 minutes. Allow to cool before serving.
