Hello steemers! Good evening 🌇! Today I had some desire for a good roastbeef! Thought this had to be shared :-)
Lets first check out what we need:
I prefer my steak this evening with a topping full of onions and mushrooms.
So first cut the ingredients. Take some oil and fry first the vegetables.
Then we go for the steak :-)
3min. One side- 3 the other max! On max heat 🔥. Because the cells of the steak have to close fast, because :-) it the juice have to stay in! And it will not get dry.
NEVER EVER use a fork or something sharp, to turn around the meat!!! Take forceps like me.
The juice will stay in, and it will get not dry!
And then final enjoy! 👍
