Delicious pineapple and kiwi smoothie

I love fruits and smoothies. There are many ways to make a delicious smoothies. I like having a smoothie in the morning, it fills you up without making you feel too full or lazy. It is healthy and nutritious. You can make a smoothie using any fruit that you like. There are so many different types of smoothies. I will be sharing a recipe on a smoothie that I recently had. It was absolutely delicious and easy to make. 

Ingredients:

  • 5 kiwi fruit 
  • 1 pineapple 
  • Fresh mint leaves 
  • 1 cup plain yogurt 
  • 1/2 cup apple juice 
  • Honey 

Peel and chop up the kiwi fruit and pineapple. Wash the mint leaves. Throw the kiwi fruit, pineapple and mint leaves into the blender. Then add the yogurt and apple juice and honey to sweeten. Blend it well and enjoy.
