Healthy alternative chips

We always crave for a delicious snack when watching tv or relaxing. Most of the time, the most convenient snack would be a bag of chips. I am a huge fan of chips! as unhealthy as that is. However, it is okay to treat yourself now and then. I will be sharing ways to get rid of that chip craving with healthier alternatives. 

You could use any vegetable that you have at home, like, zucchini,  carrots, eggplant, sweet potatoes, parsnip, radish or even spinach.  I love sweet potatoes, so that would probably be the first one that I would try. All you do is cut the sweet potato into thin sliced, you can then coat them with vinegar and salt, or any other spice or seasoning you like and bake it in the oven until its crispy. 

With whichever vegetable you chose to use, all you need to do is cut the vegetable into thin slices and put your favorite seasoning or a seasoning that will go well with your choice of vegetable and maybe a sprinkle of olive oil would be nice, then you can bake it in the oven until it is crispy. 

I love the idea of a healthy alternative for chips and I am excited to try them out. There's many different ways you could experiment with this. I enjoy trying out new recipes and new foods so I can't wait to make my own healthy alternative chips. 

You can even make a delicious dip to go with your chips. Whether its like a guacamole or any other one of your favorite dips. In fact, I think that this is better than a bag of chips!
