I am not usually one that enjoys sea food. However, I do like tuna fish. I love a delicious tuna and mayo sandwich and I also enjoy tuna in a pasta. Tuna fish has lots of health benefits. I have listed some of the health benefits of tuna below:
- Strengthens cell membranes
- Boosts immunity
- Lowers the risk of cancer
- Protects the kidney from infecyion
- Good for the skin
- Reduces the depression for woman
- Reduces blood pressure
- Lowers the risk of heart diseases
- Helps improve metabolism and blood circulation
- Prevents inflammatory diseases (gout, arthritis, etc.)
- Promotes the development of muscle and body
- Boosts energy levels
The health benefits of tuna fish are excellent. I personally think that tuna should be a part of your weekly diet, even if its just once a week.
