A tropical, creamy and colourful ice lollipop to enjoy, for young and old children alike.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup lychee in syrup
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 cup guava nectar
2/3 cups Greek vanilla yogurt
1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries or other fruit to taste
PREPARATION
1- In a blender or food processor, blend the lychees with coconut milk, yogurt and guava nectar. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve.
2- Place a few raspberries in each popsicle pan. Pour the liquid mixture into the moulds. Freeze.
3- Remove from freezer, unmould and eat immediately.
