The pleasure of vegetables, the greed of pizza, it's good, it's simple and it's vegetarian.
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE :
1 onion
5 g oregano
1 red pepper
1 pizza dough
70 g tomato concentrate
150 g mozzarella cheese
THE RECIPE
1 Spatula 1 oven, 1 knife, 1 cutting board
Preheat your oven to 240
Cut the mozzarella into small pieces so you can spread it on your pizza
Open the pepper to remove the seeds. Then cut it into slices
Peel the onion and cut into thin slices
2 Spatula 1 baking tray
Unroll pizza dough on a baking sheet (or large pie dish).
Spread the tomato concentrate.
Add pepper and onions
Add the mozzarella

Bake for 10 to 15 minutes
Add oregano and serve
