Welcome to my post. Today I am with spicy flat beans recipes.
This is the very tasty flat beans. I have cooked with some potatoes. One who love hot and spicy can add more chilly and one who doesn't like can reduce.
Ingredients:
Fresh flat beans 2 cup
Potato 3 sliced
Cumin Powder 1.5 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder 3/4 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Green Chilly 4 into slices
Onion 1 sliced
Oil 2 tablespoon
Garam Masala 1 teaspoon
Chopped tomato 2 medium size
Chopped garlic leaves 2 tablespoon
Chopped coriander leaves 1.5 tablespoon
In a pan heat oil and add onion. Fry it until it turns brown.
Add flat beans and mix well in oil. Cover with lid for 5 minutes in a medium heat.
Add sliced potato and green chilly. Mix well and let it be cooked by covering lid for further 5 minutes.
Add salt, turmeric powder, garam masala, tomato, cumin poder, tomato and mix it well. Let it be cooked for 5 minutes in low heat by covering lead.
Add 150 ml water. Put chopped garlic leaves and coriander. Mix it well. Now your recipe is ready to serve.
You can have it with roti or with rice, pulse and pickle.
