This is a recipe for a simple, yet very tasteful and healthy soup I sometimes prepare for myself. š

What you need (1.5l soup) ;
- 2 big red bell peppers
- 7 medium sized tomatoes
- 3 big or 5 small onions
- clove of garlic
- pepper
- salt
- butter or oil
If you want (but not necessary) ;
- basil
- parsley (for decoration)
Cut the onions into large pieces.
Do the same with the red Bell peppers.
Melt some butter or warm a little bit of oil in a big bowl
Add the onions and a little bit later the red bell peppers and garlic, stir it and fry them until a brownish substance appears on the bodem of the bowl.
In the mean time you can prepare the tomatoes by cutting them in large pieces.
When the brownish substance appears on the bottom of the bowl (make sure its brown and not black š ) you can add the tomatoes.
Stir it good and add the water to the soup. Spice it with salt,pepper and a little bit of basil if you like.Put the lid on the bowl, lower the intensity of the fire and let it cook until the tomatoes are soft like.
If the tomatoes are soft enough, you can mix the soup.
Decorate with parsley if you like.
Et voila,
you have yourself a healthy simple soup. š
Bon appetit !
