Hai sahabat steemians ... jumpa lagi kita dalam edisi kuliner khas nusantara indonesia.
Sahabat steemians malam ini saya ingin berbagi cerita lagi tentang makanan khas yang mengundang selera dari anak-anak sampai orang tua bahkan mendunia
Itu lah "IKAN PANGGANG."
Hampir seluruh manusia di bumi ini sudah pasti mengenal ikan panggang tapi yang satu ini sangat lah berbeda.
Tahu kenapa......????
Karena ikan yang satu ini sering kita lihat di pasar-pasar tradisional daerah kita masing-masing namun proses pembakaran yang kita lakukan berbeda dengan ikan panggang lain. Di bawah ini saya akan bahas kuliner tersebut :

### proses pembuatan ![image]() Pada hakikat nya mejahed (ikan mujair) ini nampak masih dengan bentuk utuh. Namu proses nya adalah ikan mejahed (ikan mujai) di belah dari ekor hingga ke insang dan masih utuh tanpa putus kemudian di cuci hingga bersih.
Lalu di angkat dan di tuang dengan air perasan jeruk nipis dan rendam beberapa saat supaya bau amis nya hilang.
Setelah itu tambah kan bumbu yang sudah di giling aduk ikan trrsebut sampai maerata dan rendam laginbeberapa saat. Hingga bumbu tersebut masuk ke dalam daging ikan tersebut.
Kemudian angkat dan letakkan di atas panggangan sambil mengoles kembali bumbu tersebut dengan kuas sampai merata.
### Proses pembakaran ![image]() Sebelum di bakar . Asapin sebentar ikan yang sudah di letakkan di panggangan supaya bumbu yang sudah di oles agar masuk ke seluruh ruas daging ikan tersebut .
![image]() Kemudian baru di letakkan di bara apibyang sudah di siapkan dan dengan jarak api dengan panggangan sekitar 10-15 cm agar ikan tersebut tidak angus dan rasa daging beserta aroma keluar dengan khas yang moggoda rasa.
Hingga ikan matang dan siap di sajikan
Dan satu hal lagi sahabat stemians jangan lupa. ikan panggang ini ada satu lagi yang wajib di tambah kan .
Yaitu kecap dengan paduan bawang serta tomat dan cabe rawit untuk lalapan ikan tersebut.

Hanya itu sahabat untuk malam ini cerita saya untuk kuliner yang mendunia bahkan untuk harga pun sangat mendukung kita buat sendiri. Tanpa harus mengeluarkan biaya yang banyak.
Sanat muda bukan..
Perlu sahabat ketahui menu ini saya saran kan supaya maka dengan nasi hangat tanpa menambah kan kuah . Cukup dengan nasi putih. Suapaya akan terasa keajaiban kelezatan ikan tersebut.
##### note: bumbu-bumbu yang di oles sebelum ikan di bakar sangat sederhana yaitu Bawah merah,cabe, bawang putih, tonat sedikit merica dan kunyit bagi sahabatbyangbsuka berwarna
