Ingredients for 2 people
about 400 gr Barberie duck breast
300 gr. Potatoes
400 gr. Cabbage
2 onions (one for the red cabbage one for the sauce)
1 apple
1 bunch green onions
1 carrot,
1 stick of celery
1 piece of leek
red apple vinegar
corn flour
0.1 liters of orange juice
vegetable oil
salt, pepper, peppercorns,
cloves of garlic
