Pork fillet filled with spinach and mushrooms
on ribbon noodles with cream sauce

Ingredients for 4 people

600 gr pork fiet
300 gr. leaf spinach
200 gr. mushroom
Cheese cibles
1 onion in fine cubes
Olive oil
Rapeseed oil
Slaz, pepper, nutmeg
Noodles
Cream sauce

Preparation
Wash fresh leaf spinach and fry lightly in olive oil with fine onion cubes.
Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg
Clean the mushroom, cut into slices and fry in oil.
Season with salt and pepper.

Cut away the silver skin of pork fillet. Cut the length all around so that the fillet is flat. Lightly plate.
Fielt seasoning with salt and pepper. Then comes spinach on the fillet, then the mushrooms and finally the cheese.
Roll in now and press firmly. Attach the end with a skewer, or toothpick, so that it does not open when frying.
Now fry in the pan with oil, turn more often so that it does not burn.
The pork rolls are now put in the oven for about 40 minutes at 130°.
(Depending on the thickness, it can take between 30 and 60 minutes.)

Cook ribbon noodles only in salted water

Working time: approx. 30 min.
Cooking/baking time: approx. 25 min.
Difficulty: normal
