Sliced pork fillet
Simple recipe and really delicious
Ingredients for 4 people
600 gr. pork fillet cut into strips
1 small onion
Tomato paste
Vegetable oil
Spring onion
Cream
White wine
Salt, pepper, paprika noble sweet
Preparation
Cut pork fillet into thin strips.
Add some oil to the preheated pan.
As soon as the oil is hot, add the fillet strips to the pan. It is important to first fry sharply then season, otherwise the salt removes the water from the meat and then begins to boil.
As soon as the meat is fried from all sides, deglaze with white wine, season with salt, pepper and paprika noble sweetness.
When the wine is completely reduced, add cream, let the spring onions simmer briefly.
