Today I'm gonna share with you the recipe of "Mutton Korma"*
Ingredients:
Mutton
Yogurt
Onion
Ginger paste
Garlic paste
Ready made spices
Yogurt
Oil
Salt
Sugar
Ghee
Green Chili
Process:
Take a pan. Add oil. Then put the onion and fry until gets golden. Add garlic and ginger paste. Fry well. Then mix mutton and mix with spices. Add salt too. Cover and cook. Water will come out with the water cook meat. Then add the ready made spices. I have taken our local spices. Mix with mutton if needed add water. Cover and cook again. At the last add yogurt. Check salt and remove from the stove.
Serve with polaw.
