Winter is almost here, and it is coming with new and fresh vegetables. Cauliflower is one of them. We can make crispy fry out of it. You can serve it with a hot cup of tea.
Ingredients:
Medium sized cauliflower 1,Mix of flour and cornflower- 1cup,Green chills chopped - 1 table spoon ,Sugar - 1/2 Tea spoon ,Salt -according to taste, Tasting salt - according to taste ,Black paper powder -1/2 tea spoon, Soya Sauce - 1 table spoon ,Egg -1 ,Oil -For fry
Process:
Cook the cauliflower in boiling water for 2 mins. Tip into a colander, rinse under the cold tap, drain well and set aside .Make a batter by mixing all the ingredients except oil. When oil is hot, dip each cauliflower floret piece into the batter and deep-fry them until golden brown in color.
