Hello Steemians as Bitter gourd is very helpful in the disorders of arthrities. Fruit and leafes of bitter groud are very good for patients of Jaundice. One tea spoon of bittergroud fruit juice mixed with sugar is very beneficial in ulser. When females suffer from the problems menstrual problems the same mixture works very well.
The paste of bitter groud is very helpful in applying in piles. Make bittergroud dry and crush it in mixture and make a paste and then apply it on the patients of leprosy.
It is very beneficial for patients of Diabeties. There is similar substance of insulin in it which controls the sugar level. The patients of diabeties must have 4-5 glasses of bittergourd per day.
Make a churan of bittergourd and take 5 kg bittergourd and make a cut in between then cut it in 2 pieces and let them dry. Don't take this in sunlight when it is half dry peel the cover of bittergourd and crush in mixer and make a churan.
This churan should be taken 12 gms in the morning with empty stomach
&
12 gms in the night before going to bed.
This churan taken for 15 days to 1 month keeps the dieases away from the body.
