This looks very delicious but I'll be honest, I like my burgers medium-rare and quite pink in the center. However, if I'm going to have a well-done burger, I like a smash burger.

It's hard to tell but this, $15 USD burger, i juicy, medium rare and amazing. Great, now I'm hungry! Cheers! 🍻 (That beer in the background is a citrus-hoppy wheat beer from Fort Point BRewing in San Francisco).
