Many people don't eat animals internal organs but if if you cook it right it can be very delicious on the other hand grass fed animal organs are very nutritious too. Today i am sharing lamb lungs recipe it is very delicious and easy to make, personally i prefer lamb lungs over its liver because it tastes better.
Ingredients Used in it.
ingredients
500 gram lungs
2 or 3 Tomatoes
onions
Green chilli
Cloves 2 gm
Cinnamon 2 gm
Bay leaf 2 no
ginger garlic paste
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
oil
Boil the lungs for 10 to 15 mins for its smell then make it try, heat a pan, add oil and onions in it and fry it then add tomatoes and all other igredients in it cook it for 5 mins now add lungs in it and cook it for 30 mins.
