Bangus - is the national fish of the Phlippines. It is more commonly known as milkfish to the ordinary ones. Just as the fish is unique, it also has a distinct taste that makes it suitable to become a recipe for the Filipino family.

Humba- humba was made due to the need for the meat to last longer. Humba lasts for several days without spoiling due to the vinegar present and especially if it is immersed in oil. Surprisingly enough, it even tastes better the longer it’s stored.😋

Bola-Bola / Meatballs are versatile dish. You can make them with any ground meat available and season with any spices you want. Fried, baked, steamed, boiled– who could resist them? For many people, they’re comfort food. I like meatballs as it is, with or without dipping the sauce.
