Amazing photos, and sounds delicious. I am currently in Baja, Mexico and we have had the opportunity to get fresh soursop/guanabana. The guanabana tea is also lovely. When I see them again I will have to try this recipe. They are a wonderful fruit and have so many amazing benefits! What type of mangos do you use? The golden mangos are one of my favorites, sadly they are not in season right now.

Hmm not sure.. the ones that grow here... they kinda have the same shape as the ones you are referring to... not the round ones that you find in the supermarkets in the West. Are you living in Mexico? It is one to0visit list we have a friend living there too ;) Have a lovely day and enjoy the soursops ;)
