Japanese-inspired grilled Salmon with Mac 'n Cheese. and a homemade peach-mango Ice Tea
This sounded strange (Mac and cheese) until I saw it. What a unique way to put a twist on an ethnic comfort food. I wonder if the fish tastes different if it is caught by a fisherman or if the were to keep live fish in a tank. I'd guess the former. I'm not a big fish person (although I do like whales ☺) but this looked perfect especially those garlic bread pieces.
I wonder if cooking is your kryptonite or if you are well versed in that discipline as well haha
