A few weeks ago I visited a Mexican restaurant and ordered several famous foods from Mexico. Then we asked the innkeeper if there was any dish with seafood, since we live on an island and we wanted to know how they were prepared. He recommended this volcano and it was very delicious. The most curious thing is that the dish was still cooking on our table.
