That looks divine, what a great alternative for the crust.
Apparently NZ Manuka Honey used to be feed to the pigs until someone started marketing it and it became what it is today plus being apparently 20x the price on quality Manuka Honey.

    Oh my goodness, really?!! That's funny. I really like this honey, kinda fragrant and a different kind of sweet that I can't describe. I liked this way of making the crust very much. Thanks for popping by @biglipsmama!!!
