Holy Mike. Those are just gorgeous. I mean really.
I had to think about it, but my mom didn't roll her chocolate chip cookies. She had a specific spoon that she'd use to get the 'right amount', then she'd roll them into a ball. The first batch she'd roll then bake. While the first batch was baking she'd make balls of dough for the next. She did it that way because the smell had driven me and my brother berserk and she needed to get cookies into us soonest :)
I have to admit. Mom's cookies didn't look as good as yours.
