Crispy patties with meat

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil;
- 1 red onion;
- 1 carrot;
- 2 cloves garlic;
- 1 stalk of celery;
- pinch of cumin;
- a pinch of ground red pepper;
- 500 g ground meat;
- 200 g of canned beans;
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste;
- salt - to taste;
- ground black pepper - to taste;
- 2 eggs;
- 500 g of puff pastry ;
- a handful of grated hard cheese.
Preparation
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Place the onions, carrots, garlic and celery, diced in small cubes. Fry over medium heat for about 10 minutes until the vegetables soften. Add the spices, mix well, cook another minute and put them in a bowl.
When vegetables completely cool, add minced meat, beans, tomato puree, salt, pepper and egg to them. Stir the stuffing with your hands. Roll out the dough with a thin rectangle and cut it across into four parts.
Put the filling on the dough, leaving a narrow edge a couple of centimeters. Sprinkle the stuffing with grated cheese, grease the place without the filling with beaten egg and roll the dough roll. Make three more patties. Press the ends of the rolls with your fingers.
Place the patties on a baking sheet covered with parchment and grease with egg. Bake in a preheated oven for up to 180 ° C for about 25 minutes until the patties are golden.
