Apple crumble
Crispy crumb is the main feature of an English dessert called cramble. The word crumble and translated - "crumb", "sprinkle." In fact, this is something between a casserole and a bulk cake. Under the golden crumb is a juicy fruit and berry filling.

Ingredients
- 3-4 sour apples;
- 180 g of flour;
- 150 g of sugar;
- 150 g of butter;
- 1 tablespoon oat flakes;
- 1 tablespoon chopped nuts;
- 1 tablespoon sugar cane;
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon (optional).
Preparation
Wash and peel apples. Remove the core and cut them into thin slices 1-2 cm wide. In a small saucepan, melt 50 g of butter. Pour the apples and 50 grams of sugar (2 tablespoons with a slide). Stew the fruit in sugar syrup until they are caramelized and softened slightly.
Transfer the apples into a deep roasting dish. While they are cooling down, take up the test. Chop the remaining oil, sugar and flour. If you like cinnamon, add 1 teaspoon. The resulting mass should resemble wet bread crumbs. Fill this mixture with apples.
Sprinkle with crushed nuts, oat flakes and cane sugar. Send the oven to a 200-degree oven and bake for 30-40 minutes.
