1.Sandwhich Fried Fries
A fried calf sandwich inside which contains thinly sliced brains is a common menu served in St. Louis, Missouri, USA. In El Salvador and Mexico, sizzling sandwhich, called sesos in Spanish, is also a common and often served dish. Cow's brain has a soft texture and very little flavor so it needs to be added with hot sauce with a sufficient amount so as not to smell fishy.
- Haggis
Is a traditional Scottish dish, Haggis, made with chopped liver, liver and lamb lung mixed with red onions, spices, oatmeal, salt and broth, boiled in a sheep's belly for several hours. Larousse Gastronomique, claiming that Haggis is the most tasty and delicious dish. Haggis is available all year round in Scottish supermarkets and is made with packs from the belly of the sheep. Some even are sold in cans that can then be heated in a microwave before being eaten.
3.Food From Insects
This insect food dish is called entomophagy and is quite common in many worldwide consumption, except Europe and North America (although insects seem to be favorites with the "Fear Factor" television show). Food dishes derived from locusts, crickets, scorpions, spiders and worms are found in many streets in Bangkok, Thailand. Insects do have a high protein and also vitamins. Even flour from the former drying is often used to make chocolate chip cookies
- Rocky Mountain Oysters
You all know what it is oysters? But the oysters here are not the same as you imagine, Oyster here is just a name for a dish made from testis buffalo, bull or boar. Rocky Mountain Oysters (also called Prairie Oysters) are well known and widely enjoyed in certain parts of the United States and Canada. This testis the process of making is peeled, boiled, rolled in a flour mixture, and fried, then usually served with cocktail sauce.
- Hikarl
Anthony Bourdain, known to be one of the bravest men experimenting with some of the strangest food in the world, claimed that hakarl was the most disgusting thing he had ever eaten. Made from shrimp fermented meat for two to four months. Hakarl is a food that smells of ammonia.
- Fugu
Fugu is in Japanese meaning poisonous puffer fish, which is full of deadly poison. Only a trained chef who has undergone two or three years of training and has passed the official test, which can prepare the poisoned fish into a scrumptious dish.
- Casu Marzu
Discovered in the Italian city of Sardinia, Casu Marzu is a cheese dish made from insect larvae. This larva is deliberately added to the cheese to enhance the fermentation.
