Today I decided to talk about my favorite delicacy - crayfish.
And did you know that almost everyone is cured of cancer, not just pincers and cervix? All the most delicious is under the shell, white and brownish masses, plus broth (if you cook after boiling in the brine, absorb it). On the goings-on with friends, many only tear off the tail and claws, the rest is safely thrown away, I stop them and take away all the goodies myself) Not many appreciated, what you can eat under the armor.
My recipe: two kilograms of crayfish, 5 tablespoons of salt, one laurel, seeds of dill, dill, half of a large lemon (squeezed out and put in broth), a gram of 50-100 soy sauce (usually hines), two tablespoons of honey. After boiling, put your head in the broth, cook after boiling the mines 15-20, turn off, close the lid and let stand for another 30 minutes. Place the crayfish with the belly to the top so that the broth does not flow out. By the number of people per person 1-1.5kg average (from 70-90gr).
Most often we take shrimp for girls, for guys already crawfish)
