Easy recipe, as the main ingredient zucchini, this is a source of vitamin A, potassium and folic acid. With a delicious flavor zucchini milanese you can accompany them with rice, salad or even dip them in a sauce of your preference.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Zucchini.
  • 1 egg.
  • Oil.
  • Bread crumbs.
  • Salt.
  • White cheese.
  • Oregano.
  • 3 garlic cloves.

PREPARATION:

  • Wash the zucchini, cut into thin slices and add salt.

  • Beat the egg, add garlic, salt. Then pass the zucchini for the preparation and then for the bread crumbs.
  • Already breaded zucchini fry in hot oil.

  • Then, place it on a baking tray and bathe it with enough white cheese, finally, oregano to taste. Place it in the oven until the cheese gratine.

  • After a while the Milanese zucchini are ready to eat.
