Easy recipe, as the main ingredient zucchini, this is a source of vitamin A, potassium and folic acid. With a delicious flavor zucchini milanese you can accompany them with rice, salad or even dip them in a sauce of your preference.

INGREDIENTS:
- Zucchini.
- 1 egg.
- Oil.
- Bread crumbs.
- Salt.
- White cheese.
- Oregano.
- 3 garlic cloves.
PREPARATION:
- Wash the zucchini, cut into thin slices and add salt.
- Beat the egg, add garlic, salt. Then pass the zucchini for the preparation and then for the bread crumbs.
Already breaded zucchini fry in hot oil.
Then, place it on a baking tray and bathe it with enough white cheese, finally, oregano to taste. Place it in the oven until the cheese gratine.
- After a while the Milanese zucchini are ready to eat.
