Today I will talk about a recipe for juicy, tender and very tasty pork from the famous Russian chef Ilya Lazerson.
Everything is very simple, logical, and most importantly, absolutely reliable!

Ingredients:
- Pork neck, 700 gr.
- Garlic, 3-4 cloves
- Black pepper
- Salt, vegetable oil, Bay leaf
Peel the garlic, cut it into plates and roll it in a mixture of salt and pepper.
Lard the meat with garlic. It is convenient to do this with a knife: pierce, bend one side with the plane of the knife and insert the garlic into the opening with the knife.
Heat a little vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the meat on all sides for two minutes on each side over high heat.
Put the meat in a saucepan, pour boiling water for two or three centimeters, salt, add the Bayleaf and cook for an hour and a half under the lid at a light boil.
Turn off the heat and let the meat cool down with the broth (this is very important).
Do not pour out the broth, it is a very tasty and can be used in various soups.
Serve.
