There is February and we are starting to use summer herbs and vegetables from the refrigerator. Today we will take frozen spinach, sorrel and cook a delicious soup ))

Ingredients:
- Chicken shins or thighs, 700 gr.
- Carrots, 1 PC.
- Potatoes, 2-3 PCs.
- Sorrel, 100 gr.
- Spinach, 100 gr.
- Black pepper, salt, vegetable oil
Hard-boiled eggs.
Cut the shins in a circle, wash, fill with two liters of cold water, bring to a boil, remove the foam, salt and cook over low heat for half an hour.
Peel the carrots and potatoes. The carrot rubbed on a large grater, the potato cut into cubes. Spinach and sorrel cut to medium-sized pieces.
When the chicken is cooked separate the meat from the bones and cut into medium-sized fragments.
Put the meat back in the pan, add the potatoes and carrots, bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes.
Put the sorrel and spinach, to salt and pepper to taste, turn off the heat and let it brew for ten minutes.
Serve with pieces of boiled eggs, sourcream, dill.
