Ingredients:
- Canned fish, 250 gr.
- Potatoes, 250 gr.
- Carrots, 1 PC.
- Onion, 1 PC.
- Pearl barley, 2-3 tbsp.
- Bay leaf
- Allspice
- Salt, vegetable oil
We used the saury in its own juice, but you can take any canned fish: mackerel, herring, etc.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.
Boil one and a half liters of water, put the pearl barley, bay leaf, pepper and cook for ten minutes on low heat. Put the fish and potatoes. Cook until cooked potatoes and barley (15-20 minutes).
Onions cut into cubes, carrots grate on a large grater. Fry on medium heat in a small amount of vegetable oil for three minutes.
Add the carrots and onions to the pan, salt to taste, stir, turn off the heat and let it brew for ten minutes.
Serve with greens.
