Chinese cabbage Bok Choy (pak choi) - a useful thing, tasty, and affordable.
The experiment with growing it in the garden was a success and today I will tell you how to make a very interesting salad from this vegetable.

Number of servings: 2
Ingredients:
- Bak Choy, 2 PCs
- Sugar, 1/2 tsp.
- Pepper, pinch
- Sesame oil, 1 tsp.
- Ginger, 1/2 tsp.
- Garlic, 1 clove
- Vegetable oil
- Salt
Garlic clean and chop.
The leaves of the Bak Choy to separate from the stem, washed thoroughly.
Separate the thick (white) part from the green.
Cut smaller the white part and fry over high heat in a small amount of vegetable oil for three minutes, stirring constantly.
Add the green part, garlic, pepper, ginger and sugar. Fry for three minutes.
Add sesame oil, salt to taste, stir and serve immediately.
