Blue Skies On Mars
Come check out today's breakfast! We really try and limit the amount of wheat we eat in our home, and many of our recipes are totally wheat free! One of those staples is wheat-free pancakes! We start with a homemade almond-meal, add egg, coconut milk, baking soda, vanilla extract and touch of brown sugar.
We pour some real Canadian maple syrup over it, and toss some blueberries in there too! Side of organic homemade oatmeal as well!
