Pork with Bhut Jolokia , Raja Mirchi and hornet larvae
Weekend time , Me and my wife had a delicious food in Naga Kitchen at Silpukhuri , Naga means a tribe belongs to Nagaland , a state of India . Naga Kitchen is a brand known for Naga's local dishes basically varieties of pork dishes made out of high ingredients and hot spices . Their most of dishes you will find home cultivated and forest herbs that make the dishes unique , They used to prepare the dishes in WOODEN FIRE so the dishes are a SMOKY FLAVOUR . Some of the Naga kitchen dishes displayed here ----------------

Oh I feel its taste my favorite is meat cooked in soil made utensils they taste very delicious and different from any orher dishes.
