Your Own Chinese food 4 --- Fish Fragrant Eggplant. It is very tasty. I cannot stop to eat it with steam rice.
材料:茄子(1g),五花肉(100g),葱,蒜,酱油,料酒,海鲜酱,醋,糖,淀粉,油
Recipe:
1 Chinese eggplant, sliced
100g minced meat mix with some soy sauce and rice cooking wine
Minced onions
Minced garlic
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp rice cooking wine
1 tsp hoisin sauce
0.5 tsp vinegar
0.5 tsp sugar
1 tsp starch
50g oil
食谱:
1、酱油:海鲜酱:醋:糖:水=2:2:1:1:4,制备鱼香汁。
Step 1: soy sauce:hoisin sauce:vinegar:sugar:water==2:2:1:1:4, Juice 1.
2、淀粉:水=1:3,制备淀粉水。
Step 2: starch:water=1:3, Juice 2.
3、锅中放油,然后放入五花肉和葱、蒜。
Step 3: Put some oil into a pan and then put the minced meat, minced onions and minced garlic into the pan.
4、放入茄子,倒入鱼香汁,焖2mins,倒入淀粉水,炒2min。
Step 4: Put the Chinese eggplant into the pan(stir-fried 1min) and then add the Juice 1(simmer 2mins). Add the Juice 2(simmer 2mins).
