It rained cats and dogs last night again.
Next day, it was hot. I felt I was in brazier. I think the weather is crazy these days. I'm sure that the weather is not good for health. Due to the strange weather, more nutrients were eaten. In this odd weather, allergies are getting worse and I have to pay more attention to food and nutrition.
When I woke up in the morning, I was suffering from a headache due to air conditioning.
I couldn't sleep because it was too hot and wet. As a result, I couldn't turn off the air conditioner. I suffered from runny nose, sneezing, and itching in the morning. If allergies are too severe, I take a medicine, but I try to avoid taking because it induces sleep. Feeling sleepy takes my all day. It is a vicious cycle.
After drinking coffee in the morning, I boiled some somen noodles to have with beef bone soup. I needed some food like simple and healthy. I like watching boiling somen noodles. When I look it, I feel happy. Every time the water boils, pour cold water three times a cup, and it makes so gooey white noodles. I feel it is a honest reaction.
When I eat this soup, I don't need a side dish other than kimchi.
Creamy bone soup has warmed up immediately. Noodles also boiled delicious.
I put noodles in a bowl and poured bone soup and added green onions. Just before eating, I put black pepper and salt in it. It looked perfect for me. I just felt healthy. The smell made me pleasant. It was enough in the morning.
This soup seems very delicius, if I can try it, I see the texture of this soup is very beautiful, of course behind the look of a beautiful soup will have a special taste, you have a talent in cooking @bontonstory, I salute with your skills, I Sure you must be a reliable chef.

Bontonstory, it has been a very, very hot summer for us too. In Hawaii, it gets very muggy and sticky so one doesn't want to do anything in this hot weather. I ended up going to a botanical garden where it is very shady and cooler. I also get allergies but don't want to take medicine so sometimes I wear a mask to decrease the allery.
Your bone soup is very healthy. In the USA, a lot of times we tend to use boneless and skinless meats/chicken for convenience. But my mom always said using the bone is tastier and healthier. Simple and healthy sounds like the best choice. I think heat is harder to deal with than the cold. It's easy to put on another layer of clothes or a hat to stay warm, or move around. But the only way to stay cool is to go play in the water! ; )
