My wife makes a smoothie pretty much every morning with greek yogurt, almond milk, blueberries, and mango. This looks like would be a great alternative to that. I like that you have the chia seed and flax seed in there. We just recently picked up some shelled hemp seed to put in the "power balls" that she makes to eat before exercising. With all of the other ingredients you don't even taste the hemp and flax seed in them.
