My grandmother used to make the best carrot cake! I haven't eaten a delicious carrot cake in a long time but I'm thinking your version of it would be quite good! Looks really tasty, @ivet

    I think the carrot cake was good. If the cake is cooled in the fridge, then it is also a refreshing sweet for hot days
