A creamy shrimp to give life to a pasta? Here is the recipe 👇

Ingredients

500 gr. of Pasta of your preference
500 gr. of large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp Of olive oil
½ Medium onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp of butter
1 chopped garlic clove
â…“ cup of White Wine
2 cups heavy whipped cream
â…“ cup of grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Paprika to taste
Parsley

Preparation:

  • Prepare the Pasta following the
    package instructions, adding salt to taste. Once ready, drain and reserve.
  • Locate the shrimp with salt, black pepper and paprika to taste in a large nonstick pot over medium / high heat and add the olive oil.
  • Cook the shrimp 2 minutes on each side or until they do not look translucent.
  • Then, in the same pan, add the Butter with finely chopped onion and sautĂ© until smooth and golden, 3 to 5 min.
  • Add the chopped garlic and sautĂ© another minute until fragrant.
  • Incorporate the White Wine and let it boil until only 25% of the liquid remains.
  • Add the 2 cups of Cream, bring to a light boil and simmer for 2 min.
  • Dish the sauce with Parmesan cheese and stir until smooth and creamy.
  • Let cook on low heat, remove and rectify salt, pepper and paprika to taste.
  • Add the Pasta to the cooked Shrimp and cover it with Sauce to taste.
  • Serve with finely chopped Parsley, Parmesan Cheese and Black Pepper.
