Diet: Day 1!

I’m going on a diet people! My first time restricting what I eat since I got pregnant, 15 months ago!

I’m a little nervous and also highly motivated...already today I have cut out 330 calories from breakfast, avoided the cupcakes at work, walked to lunch and got a salad! I opted for a sparkling water instead of my usual Snapple at lunch too! Avoiding 36 grams of sugar!

I can’t say I will do this well everyday, in fact I KNOW I won’t. But if I have more good days vs. bad days then I know I am doing my body good and getting healthier than I was (am now).
