My wife has been on a healthy eating kick lately, therefore, I am also on a healthy eating kick!
It has been a lot of vegetables and lean chicken breasts in the diet, which I do enjoy the taste of, especially with red pepper flakes or some hot sauce. Here is an example of one of the healthy meals lately:
Of course, pairing it with a beer probably offsets the healthiness of the meal, but, all things considered, a healthy diet and regular exercise have been good for me.
I watched a youtube video recently where they said doing sprints (as opposed to jogging/running) was a good way to boost testosterone naturally (who doesn’t want more testosterone right!) so I have been doing that a little bit, in addition to some weight lifting as part of my exercise routine.
Tonight, my wife is making something titled: Southwestern Roasted Veggie Salad with Chipotle Balsamic Dressing. This sounds like another healthy meal to me, but where is the chicken?!
