Bananas are one of nature's greatest fruits,so fresh, so yummy, so creamy and so milky. They are known to be highly rich in potassium, but there is more to this amazing fruit than you can ever imagine.

Bananas are a great choice for mornings when you've overdone alcohol a night before(some guys are probably smiling now).They should be blended with coconut milk berries for optimum results.

The properties of Banana vary based on the type of Banana a person consumes. Here in India we get different types of bananas. One variety will help you will digestion and another type of Banana can lead to constipation. Nice article. :-)
