Wow! I've never seen a dosa that big. Thanks for posting the video! One of my favorite restaurants, Dosa Grill, gives each table a free dosa per meal. They are tasty - crackly thin, filled with savory potatoes, and served with two sauces. I haven't seen one prepared before. Now it's 1:58 in the morning and I wish that the place was open...
