Ok, these "energy" balls look absolutely delicious. We always have huts in the house for quick easy snacks when you are looking for a little pick me up or a protein boost. We are big fans of pistachios so these would be perfect in our house. I love that you use the word peckish. It's a word we use all the time. I have shared this recipe with my partner and she agrees that it is one we will be trying soon!!!
