We love strawberries but I would never have thought to do sour cream. Yogurt is something we try. I’m thinking it’s along the lines of sweet and salty together. A very interesting combo for sure. Not entirely sure I could do it .

Try it, but the brown sugar is key too. Really tasty and quick to make.
