Yes at the begining you feel a little fear, but when you do the process you feel and smell the odor and the flavor, you really really enjoy it.
Certainly the flavor of meat it is more near a fish, not a chiken i think so

Your right fear is on the appearance of the reptile.just like the saying dont judge the book by its cover.so dont judge the reptile by it scary look judge it by its taste.thanks also
