Mr Funky, looks like a very good recipe to me but picture shows sprouts instead of noodles and is not mixed up like recipe dictates. A bit of freedim to the reader?

Thanks bubke, the noodles are actually underneath all that goodness sitting on top. The sprouts are an extra! I thought this would give people an inspiration to add their choice of extra ingredients to their bowl ;-)
