Pink Smoothie: 1/2 cup frozen bananas, 1 cup frozen strawberries, a splash almond milk, Optional toppings: plain yogurt of choice, dragon fruit, puffed quinoa, edible flowers
Green Smoothie: 1 cup frozen mango, 1 cup kale (or spinach), a knob of ginger, juice of half a lime, a splash of coconut water, 1 tsp honey (optional). Optional toppings: yogurt, puffed quinoa, dragon fruit, edible flowers.
