Delicious dietary cookies, without flour. The recipe is suitable even
for those who adhere to a fitness diet.
250 g cottage cheese
200 g oat flakes (not instant cooking)
200 ml of kefir
50 g raisins
2 tablespoons honey
0.5 tsp cinnamon
Oat flakes pour kefir and let it brew for 40 minutes.
Raisins pour boiling water and also insist 40 minutes.
Cottage cheese mash with a fork and mix with soaked oatmeal. There
also add raisins, honey and cinnamon. All mix well.
Baking tray with baking paper (it is better to grease with vegetable
oil) and put a spoonful of biscuits.
Bake at a temperature of 180 - 200 C for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
